Our Staff

Our staff comprises permanent and support staff that are well trained in tour and travel operations. The support staff is on call 24 hours in cases of work overload to alleviate the pressure on permanent workers.

The permanent staff is a team of nine customer care experts headed by a very industrious and influential managing director. The company uses specialization to promote efficient and quality service promotion. For this reason it is divided into 3 departments; i.e. Operations, Sales and Marketing and Human Resources departments.
