TRIP ITINERARY
Day 1: from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Have a game drive as you enter the park where you may spot animals like leopards, warthogs, antelope species, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, and elephants. After settling in have lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. View a wild variety of wildlife as they water at the channel. This is a bird watcher’s haven and different water birds will be viewed along the shores. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Kingfisher lodge/ Institute of Ecology
Day 2: Chimp tracking in the Kyambura gorge
You will be guided into the nearby Kyambura gorge to track chimps. Whilst on this spree, you may observe black and white colobus, vervet monkey, olive baboon, plus a wide range of forest birds like: the black bee eater, and blue bellied kingfisher. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Kingfisher lodge/ Institute of Ecology
Day 3: back to Kampala
Morning game drive Kasenyi tracks and Queens’s mile to catch early risers after breakfast. You will see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, and spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, Kobs and many more. Begin your journey back to Kampala having lunch enroute and ending your safari in the late evening with your arrival.
