Birds Ujagali Falls

One of the most famous bird species in Uganda is the African Grey Parrot, which is highly sought after in the pet trade due to its exceptional intelligence and ability to mimic human speech. Other popular species include the Shoebill Stork, which is found in the swamps of the Nile River, and the African Fish Eagle, which is known for its impressive hunting skills.

The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, for example, is home to more than 350 bird species, including the Albertine Rift Endemics, which are a group of birds found only in the region.
